1. We provide a full step-by-step  description  of the building process of a modular building. In this  description are the experiences and corrections implemented we have discovered during the building of the prototype buildings.

2. We provide the full Assembly Instructions, comprising technical drawings and images during assembly:

• the foundation works, 
• brickwork and plastering, 
• foundations, floor and walls for the wet rooms,
• carpentry work,
• roofing work,
• plumbing work,
• electrician work and 
• surface treatment.

3. We provide a comprehensive and revised list of each different component of the modular system, including individual technical drawings for each of them.

4. We provide a comprehensive photo documentation with  descriptions of prototype assembly, inclusive technical drawings of the floor plans for the prototype building.

5. We provide a summary and guidelines for the use of lumber in regard to longevity , based on traditional Norwegian lumber handling and  preparation  techniques.
